Seekh Kabab Recipe!
Ingredients:
Minced beef 1kg: (It should be completely dry)
Onion 2 medium (chopped & squeezed)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Shan tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp (You can use seekh kabab masala or simply homemade spices)
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp or to taste
Bakin soda 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green coriander
Oil 3-4 tbsp

Process:
- Ensure the minced beef is dry by squeezing out any excess moisture using a cloth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins. This allows the flavors to meld together.
- While the mixture is marinating, you can make skewers as shown in the video.
- Take a portion of the mixture and mold it around the skewer into a long cylindrical shape (traditionally done by hand).
- Give the finger impressions to kababs.
- Heat a flat pan over medium heat, add some oil, and place the kebabs in the pan. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes on low to medium flame until they turn light brown.
- For a smoky flavor, you can give them a brief exposure to charcoal smoke at the end.
- Serve hot with naan, salad, and your favorite chutneys or sauces.
Enjoy these delicious homemade Seekh Kebabs packed with flavor and aroma!
(Make 14-15 kababs from this mixture)
*Tips:
1) Ensure the minced beef and onions are completely dry.
2) Use minced beef with 25% fat (charbi). If you don't have fat, then add 3-4 tbsp of oil to the mixture (adjust the oil quantity according to the fat level). The final mixture should be soft & silky.
