Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless, cubed): 900g
Oil: 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Eggs: 2
Onions (cubed): 1/2 cup
Green capsicum (cubed): 1 cup
Tomato (cubed): 1/2 cup
Yellow bell pepper (cubed): 1/2 cup (optional)
Red bell pepper (cubed): 1/2 cup (optional)
Shan Jalfrezi masala: 2.5 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Tomato paste: 1/2 cup
Ketchup: 1/4 cup

*Alternative of Shan Jalfrezi Masala (Red chili powder 1 tsp, Black paper-Crushed ½ tsp, Coriander powder ½ tsp, Whole spice powder ½ tsp, Cumin powder ½ tsp)

Process:

- Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook beaten eggs (with a pinch of salt and black pepper). Set aside.
- In the same pot, add 2 tbsp of oil and sauté the vegetables. Set aside.
- In the same pot, add 1/4 cup of oil, and ginger garlic paste, and fry for 2 minutes. Then add chicken cubes and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add half a glass of water, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Then add Shan Jalfrezi masala, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste, and - ketchup, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- When the water has evaporated, add sautéed vegetables and the cubed omelette. Mix well and let it cook on low heat (dum) for 5 minutes.
- Chicken Jalfrezi is ready. Serve it with rice and enjoy this delicious recipe!
