Hi folks, welcome to my "Kitchen Macabre." I took this segment name from Illinois' cult grindcore band "Macabre" since the band's earlier works, "Gloom"('89) and "Sinister Slaughter"('93), were impressive enough to run myself amok to our kitchen counter.

This time, I guide you folks how to cook Yuurinchi (油淋鶏, The Chinese Style Fried Chicken)

Ingredients: chicken thigh, salt, shoyu (soy sauce), sake, grated ginger / green onion, vinegar, mirin, shoyu, dashi (1g=0.03oz), sesame oil, jalapeno, grated garlic

TIPS: the cooking procedure is the same with "Karaage (唐揚げ=the Japanese style fried chicken)," but I forgot to record the "Nidoage (二度揚げ=twice deep-fry)" scene. Check my "Kitchen Macabre 03: Karaage [唐揚げ=Japanese-style Fried Chicken]" for NIDOAGE technique
