How To Make Chili Powder - Preserving the Harvest

Last year I had a lot of hot peppers go to waste. I just didn't know what to do with them. Not this year! I'm preserving my hot peppers in the form of chili powder. It's really easy and is shelf stable for a long time.

Keep in mind to be careful when handling hot peppers! Wear gloves and a mask to help the fine powder out of your eyes and lungs.
