Fresno Chile Hot Sauce Recipe

This Fresno chile hot sauce recipe uses local peppers I got from a farm stand.  It includes roasted garlic and is balanced with vinegar, salt and sugar to give an intense heat the dissipates quickly.  It is great for giving breakfast burritos that extra kick in the morning.

Recipe:
5 Fresno Chiles
6 Cloves of garlic
3 TBSP oil + enough for frying the garlic
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Salt
100 mL or 3.4 oz Water
78 mL or 1/3 Cup modena vinegar
