Crown Royal Peach Glazed Smoked Ham on the Kamado Big Joe III

Glaze Ingredients needed:
1 cup peach preserves
2/3 cup Crown Royal Peach Whiskey
1/3 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup peach juice
2 tbsp soy sauce

Cook Instructions for ham

1. Buy a cured precooked ham, remove from packaging, rinse in cold water and dry with paper towels

2. Slater 2 tbsp of peach preserves on the outside of the ham and season with you favorite seasoning, we used "Slap Yo Mama"

3. Set smoker to 250 degrees, cook ham until the internal temp is 140 degrees, begin glazing the ham when the internal temp reaches 135 degrees. Glaze the ham 2 to 3 time with 15 mins in between each glazing.
