In this program, day 4 is designed to be a rest day.  But, stretching is basically resting and it is so important as well to work on flexibility!  Take 20 minutes to follow the full-body stretches, relax and reap the benefits of increased flexibility.  We'll start with some standing stretches then move to the floor so we can fully relax while continuing to stretch.  These stretches are part of a 7 day interval training program.
