Great, athletes! I am glad to welcome you to my channel! Today you'll have a small, but quite effective workout to build muscle mass and increase your strength. Training on the upper body, as I use pull-ups and dips in this workout. Exercises must be performed with weight. It can be a plate from a barbell, a backpack with weights, or a weight vest. The exercises are performed in circles, starting with 10 reps in each of the exercises. Choose the weight in such a way that it's not too easy to perform exercises.
