How to Make Cinnamon Apple Jam

Got extra apples, well this
Got extra apples, well this recipe is just as sweet as apple pie. It is an easy recipe that anyone can do.
Ingredients:
3 pounds of apples
1 & 1/2 cup of water
3 cups of sugar (any one you like)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Boxes of Pectin or Sure Jell
Instructions:
1. Peel, core and cut up apples
2. In large saucepan, combine water and apple chunks and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Once apples are soft and mashed (to your liking) reduce heat, simmer and stir for about 30 mins
4. Add sugar, cinnamon, & cloves. Mix well.
5. Bring back to a boil over medium-high heat. Keep stirring.
6. Once the mixture is to the thickness you like, add in Pectin. Keep Stirring
7. Turn off heat once your ready and ladle mixture into canning jars.
8. Place jars into your water bath, cover and boil for 10 minutes. (don't forget to make sure you have water covering the tops!)
9. Wait about 5 minutes after boil to remove and place on surface to cool and listen for the "POPS"
Side Notes:
Remember to follow proper canning & water bathing etiquette.
I was not able to find the site of this recipe, I was looking up so many recipes that I lost track of it. Even going back on my cell phone history, I was not able to find the exact one.
