Ingredients (makes 6 mini ube cheesecakes)

The base
1/2 cup graham crackers
1/8 cup unsalted butter

Ube Cheese Filling
1 cup purple yam jam / ube jam / ube halaya
1/2 cup (4oz)cream cheese
1/2 cup (4oz)heavy cream / all-purpose cream
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Frosting (this is optional, you can put any toppings)

1/2 cup (4oz) cream cheese
3 tbsp confectioners/powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
