More ube recipes? Why not? This ube cheesecake recipe is very easy to make. With just a few ingredients, you’ll be able to whip up this amazing dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
CRUST
8-10 pcs. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
UBE CHEESECAKE BATTER
2 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup ube halaya/ ube jam
1- 2 tsps. ube extract
* may add a few more drops if needed
*Makes 12 cheesecake cups
