2lbs Chicken: Bone-in or Breasts
5 Garlic Cloves Mashed
1 tsp Whole Allspice
1 ½ tbs Sopita
½ Lime or Sour Orange
1 tsp DR Orégano
1 tsp Sazón con Azafran (Saffron) *optional
1 White Onion
CIlantro
2 Carrots
1 cup Pasta
2 Celery
½ lbs Auyama (Kabocha Squash) *optional
1 Fresh Yuca
Black Pepper to Taste
6-8 Cups of Water
