1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice

Sauce for Glaze :
1 cup water
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 Tbsps Bourbon whisky
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 tsp 5 spice
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup white sugar

1 Tbsp Corn starch / corn flour
2 Tbsps Water
