Bourbon chicken is hands down one of my favorite things to make. This is my personal recipe and ive been told it tastes way better then the one you get in the food court. Ingredients: 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts 1 Tablespoon of Rotisserie Chicken seasoning 2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch 4 garlic cloves 2 tbsp of Olive Oil 3 Chopped Green onions The Sauce: 1/3 cup of Bourbon 1/3 cup of low sodium Soy Sauce 1/2 cup of Apple Juice 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar 1/4 cup of Ketchup 1/2 tsp of Ground Ginger 1/2 tsp of Onion Powder 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp of Chili Flakes 1 tsp of Seseme Seeds
