3 eggs (room temperature)
125 gm sugar
100gm oil (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp Almond essence
100 gm All Purpose Flour
25 gm Almond Powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder

oven temperature :  180°c
baking time : 35-40 minutes

for Jam Glaze:
3-4 tbsp jam
3 tbsp water
