3 eggs
120 g sugar
100 ml oil
125 g yogurt
60 ml lemon juice
grated lemon peel
vanilla
180 g flour
15 g baking powder
Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla well until the sugars are dissolved, now add the yogurt, mix a little, then add the lemon juice, mix it too, now add the liquid oil, mix a little, add the lemon peel bird, too. At the end, add flour and baking powder. Stir until the ingredients are mixed. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F for 10 minutes. Set the temperature to 180°C and keep it in a closed container after cooking.
