Hyderabadi Biryani is a World Famous Dish, it is made using chicken/Meat which is marinated then cooked and then is added to cooked rice and again cooked under dum.
The word Kheema ultimately comes from the Turkic word qıyma meaning "minced meat".
It is generally believed to have originated in the kitchens of the Nizam of Hyderabad, of the historic Hyderabad State, as a blend of Mughlai and Iranian cuisine.
Hyderabadi biryani is a staple of Indian cuisine. It is very famous dish to put Hyderabad on the world map.
A biryani is usually served with dahi chutney and mirchi ka salan. Baghaar-e-baingan is a common side dish. The salad includes onion, carrot, and cucumber wedges.
