Ingredient list:

For outer cover:
maida/ all purpose flour - 300 g / 2 1/2 cup
salt - 1 tsp
ghee/ clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
water - 3/4 cup

For filling
Channa dal/ split and skinned bengal gram - 150 g/ 1 cup
jaggery/ gud - 150 g/ 1 cup
Cardamom powder/ elichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder/ jaiphal powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
