water - 3/4 cup
For filling
Channa dal/ split and skinned bengal gram - 150 g/ 1 cup
jaggery/ gud - 150 g/ 1 cup
Cardamom powder/ elichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder/ jaiphal powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
