Ghavan is a very popular dish in Konkan region of Maharastra. They are soft, thin and mouth melting rice crepes made with very few ingredients.
Ingredient list:
Rice (I am using sona masoori, always use old rice, don''t use new rice ) - 2 cups
oil
salt to taste
water
