Misti Doi / Mitha Dahi  is a fermented  sweet curd originating from Bangladesh. But it is very popular in West Bengal ,Odisha ,Assam and Tripura. It is made with milk ,yogurt  sugar or jaggery. It differs from plain yogurt because of its different method of preparation.

Ingredients required
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 750 ml
curd 1 cup
