The other day at a Sun Downer Do, I got into the most heated discussion with a friend on the beauty of thai curries and how according to her they always need those beautiful curry paste.
Back and forth we went stating our POV and I was like- “ Gurl , your so wrong and I’m gonna show you how”
I know I’m gonna get a lot of Flack for this but it’s my believe that once you understand the nuances of a cuisine , you have the ultimate option to manipulate it and make it truly your own without divulging to far from the core.
I present to you an Easy Peasy Thai Styled Shrimp Curry with most ingredients readily available in one’s kitchen minus the hassle of grinding or procuring a gorgeous curry paste.
