This roast chicken is twisted & flavored with maple syrup and fiery chilli dust. Accompanied by chunky mirepoix and an infused mango Greek salad , which add a wonderful fruity flavor to the final meal. Also, the leftover chicken, if any, makes the most delicious sandwiches and wraps.
