American Standard Champion 4 Flush Valve Seal Replacement

To replace the flush valve seal on a Champion 4 toilet, check if the top of the float has a thumbscrew that's not part of the top section. If the top part with the chain is part of the top float, you would pull up on the float assembly and hold onto the rod to turn the top assembly counterclockwise to remove it. Pull off the bottom part of the assembly to remove the seal.
