Toilet Leaking Champion 4 Silicon Seal Fix

Seal fix for the Silicon Seal in American Standard Champion 4 Toilet.

Over Time your silicon seal ring could absorb some water and create bubbles that will allow water to escape slowly  resulting in phantom flushes.
This video shows how to remove the seal and how I removed the bubbles with a small razor.
