How to diagnose and fix the blower resistor in a 2011 Mini Cooper

We show you how to diagnose and troubleshoot your blower resistor.  The problem was the air conditioning wasn't turning on.  We did some tests and narrowed it down to the blower resistor.  Please let me know if this video was helpful.
