Yamaha's WXC-50 MusicCast preamp helps you play your streaming tunes on your existing equipment using your home Wi-Fi network. You can connect the WXC-50 to your A/V receiver, a pair of powered speakers, or your stereo setup.

Once set up, you can use the MusicCast app to tie all your sources together. From your phone or tablet, you can play music from services like Spotify, Pandora or SiriusXM, while Yamaha's audio circuitry renders all your digital sources with sparkling detail. Plus, if you're building a MusicCast-based whole-house music system,. the WXC-50 acts as another zone in that layout.
You can also play files on the WXC-50 using Bluetooth, via networked storage with DLNA, or even locally stored high-res files on a USB drive. If your WXC-50 is part of a MusicCast system, you can play those same files in another zone in your house.
