IDLY'S 5 VARIETIES
                 TEMPERING IDLY

            INGREDIENTS;-
             Idly batter - 1 cup
             Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
             Urad dal - 1 tsp
             Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
             Red chillies - 4
             Coconut pieces - 1 tsp
             Crush pepper - 1 tsp
             Curry leaves - 2 spring
             salt - to taste

             METHOD -
             Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, little bit of cumin seeds, red chillies
             coconut pieces, crush pepper, curry leaves, and just saute it. now transfer in to idly batter
              and mix it. take idly plates and pour idly batter and stean it for 10 minutes

                  DOSA MASALA IDLY

              INGREDIENTS;-
                Idly batter - 1c
                Boiled potato - 2
                Green peas - 1/4 c
                Mustard seeds - 1t
                Chana dal - 1t
                Urad dal - 1t
                Green chillies - 2n
                Turmeric powder -1/2 t
                Chop Onions - 1/4c
                Curry leaves - 1spring
                Chop coriander leaves - 1/4 c
                Oil- as required
                Salt - to taste

                 METHOD -
                In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, some green chillies, turmeric powder
                chop onions, some salt,and saute it. and add some green peas, curry leaves, chop coriander
                leaves, boiled chopped potato, and mix it well. make round balls and keep a side. now
                pour some batter in to idly moulds, put some potato masala mixture and pour some more idly
                batter and steam it for 10 minutes.

                                VEGETABLE IDLY

                 INGREDIENTS;-
                 Pepper - 1/2t
                 Cashew nuts - 1t
                 Chop Green chillies - 1t
                 Chop cauliflower - 1t
                 Carrot - 1t
                 
                  METHOD -
                  In a plate put some pepper, chop green chillies, chop cauliflower, chop carrot and mix it.
                  now put in to idly moulds and pour idly batter steam it atleast 10 minutes.

                                 GUN POWDER IDLY        

                  METHOD -
                  Take the idly's put in to the centre gun powder and sesame seed oil.

                                  CHUTNEY IDLY

                  METHOD -
                  Take idly moulds pour some batter and chutney balls and pour some more of batter and
                   steam for 10 minutes.
                  Now serve with coconut chutney, peanut chuney.
