Ribeye Steak On The Grill? (The Truth About Meat Glue)

In this video I try to shed some light on Transglutaminase aka meat glue.  This stuff is used in a lot of "formed meats", but some eateries are actually passing off "formed steaks" as the real deal!  So, let's see if we can make our own ribeye steak using this stuff.  Look out for FRANKENSTEAK!
