TURN ON THE LETTERS Homemade recipe for a delicious pan pork neck.
Incredibly tasty roasted pork neck in aromatic spices ... with the addition of fresh vegetables.
Season with 1 pork neck steak for every 200g:
salt
black pepper
thyme
I fry in a little olive oil firmly on both sides, during this time prepare the vegetables:
Young onion
Red pepper
or colored peppers
courgette.
Washed vegetables cut into larger pieces and add to the pan. Fry the vegetables briefly, then cover the pork neck with them and leave it on low heat for a few minutes.
Now chop the whole bunch of parsley coarsely and add to the pan for meat and vegetables ...
Just a little lemon juice straight into the pan and the amazing, aromatic dish for dinner is ready ...
The pork neck is soft and juicy and well-fried, and the vegetables are tasty and healthy.
Delicious e dish for the whole family, can be served with garlic bread, or with rice, groats, etc.
