Resident Evil: Operation Racoon City: GFWL Fix. Working as in 8/15/22

Thanks to the steam user Ilona , a fix for Microsoft's DRM ( Games for Windows Live) is available.
This method has been tested on my own machine and I have been able to play the game since.
