Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City - Solved a problem with GFWL

Funny, but true for me))
Funny, but true for me)) a have the same issues like all. First time i start playing, i have't any problem, but on the second - black screen; LIVE doesn't start (can't connect to the internet and others) etc. to the eternity.
Trying to find some info, reading all internet, i think, haha)) But nothing and noboby can help me, except only one good game =\ GTA4, and that's why - Rockstar Games have patch for this game, you can find some info about it here:

It includes in Steam version of game, all you need is (in my case, may be it doesn't help to 100% people, but why not to try this):
1 - delete all Games for windows live & games for windows Market from your PC (in almost all instructions which i have read, you need restart and using CCleaner or something SW like that, i didn't).
2 - then if you have GTA4 just started it, before the game start Steam installs all you need for gaming including GFWL, than after this process, you will be promt to sign in to Windows Live account, probably update LIVE just do it)).
3 - check the box with sign in automatically.
4 - then i just go to the root folder with game for me it's - E:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City
Find - RaccoonCity.exe and in the Compatibility check:
- Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows Vista SP2(for me work in W7 and W8 too)
- Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
- Run this programm as an administrator
Some times later- check it more then 5th times(after clean all software and deleting RE:ORC from my PC), sometimes you don't need to do 4 point, i don't understand why - like Russian roulette:)).
5 -Finaly after two days of trying, it started))
For those who have't GTA4 I'm share this link from my GTA4 folder with all GFWL files from Rockstar Game) thanks them again https://yadi.sk/d/0ulJlfNJ327Syw ,may be it will help you too resolve this issue.
From the start i hate this GFWL software for PC, no other program so f--- annoying me like this)
Sometimes you need wait about 30 second before you can start game again, found this when i was exited from game and then rapidly went back, but game didnt start, only from 5th or 8th time. Test it again, the same situation)) but if you close it, then wait 30 seconds or more it start normal.
