Welcome to my channel Abhi's Vichar. This video in Hindi is about Draupadi's love story with Arjuna. He won her in the swayamvar and with Bhima had to fight with multiple kings to save her. There was no love story as shown in TV serials between Arjuna and Draupadi. While Draupadi was equally dedicated towards her each husband, however, there have been multiple instances in the Mahabharata text which showcased her inclination towards Draupadi. She considered Arjuna winning her in the swayamvar as his biggest achievement. Arjuna was protector of kingdom and has won several battles, accumulated wealth and power for Pandavas. His heroics of defeating Devas, Rakshas were incomparable considered to others. He had maximum number of divyastras, which could have given Pandavas advantage in the battle with Kauravas. Draupadi, Krishna and Arjun with Satyabhama used to gossip in rooms where others not allowed. There were picnic involving Krishna, Arjuna, Draupadi and ladies a feat which was non existent in that Dwapar era. Draupadi showcased her affection with her words and action multiple times. Arjuna was silent and rarely displayed his affections in open. Although he married multiple times as a common practice during Dwapar era, however, gave Draupadi priority over his other wives. Arjuna gave all ornaments to Draupadi which he received from Indra during his Heaven visit. Draupadi knew characteristics of all her husbands and approach Bhima whenever she wanted to take revenge against someone. She was upset with Arjuna on his silence during Dhyut Sabha and also when he married Subhadra. Arjuna had a habit of following his elder brother Yudhisthir and never went against him on following orders on all critical occasions. Ved Vyas has mentioned in his words as Drauapdi as beloved wife of Arjuna and none other.
