Stretching Program in the Pool at Helen Hayes Hospital

Jackie is recovering from a spinal cord injury and is participating in stretching exercises in the pool. The following stretches can be preformed by individuals with various disabilities and conditions including stroke, brain injury, Multiple sclerosis etc.
