Hari Om Yogis ✨ Join me for a 30 minute Vinyasa Grounding Practice. Mostly standing flow with not a lot of verbal cues.
We will begin with a breathing exercise and then get straight into the practice.
Before we begin, I would like to share that I host Yoga Sessions on Zoom at the times below:
- Vinyasa flow every Tuesday from 5-6 pm (GMT+2)
- Yin Yoga every Friday 4:30-5:30 pm (GMT+2)
