EPIC Vegan Thanksgiving

In this video I will be sharing with you 3 awesome vegan thanksgiving recipes. they are all super easy to make & will be a great addition to your thanksgiving table. all the ingredients will be listed below.

WELLINGTON PIE
-frozen puff pastry (vegan)
-3 carrots minced
-2 cartons mushrooms minced
-1/2 red onion minced
-1 cup pre cooked rice
-vegan (mock) beef stock base
-salt, pepper, Italian seasonings
* I minced all the veggies in a food processor to make the process fast

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
-3 chopped sweet potatoes
-1/4 cup tahini
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-vegan marshmallows

KALE SALAD
-1 package kale
-1 avocado
-vegan ranch
-mixed nuts (for topping0
-nutritional yeast
-hemp seeds (optional)
