Easy, quick, healthy and delicious shrimp asparagus stir fry recipe. Ready in 30 minutes including prep time. RECIPE BELOW. Enjoy.

HOW TO MAKE EASY SHRIMP ASPARAGUS STIR FRY | SHRIMP STIR FRY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 pd. cleaned shrimp
sprinkle salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
*Mix above ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes
In a pan on medium high heat add a little oil and shrimp.
Cook for about 3 minutes or until done. Do not over cook.
Sauce:
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 cups cleaned and cut asparagus - about 2" pieces
1 to 1/2 cups sliced bell pepper
3 julienne garden onions
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
oil
In a pan or wok on medium high heat add enough oil to coat bottom.
Add bell pepper and asparagus. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add garden onions. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and stir.
Add sauce, cook and stir for another 30 seconds.
Serve and enjoy.
