An unreleased "Special Edition" of Sonic the Hedgehog for the SEGA Genesis, with multiple playable characters. Here, we have test footage of Tails in Green Hill Zone. This is a very early build, so multiple graphical glitches can be seen, and the Badniks and loops don't work properly.
