Aloo Jeera Rice | Jeera Aloo Rice Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 2 TBSP Ghee
• 2 TSP Cumin seeds
• Ginger grated ½ TSP
• 1 TSP green chilli paste
• Diced boiled potatoes 2-3
• Sendha Salt to taste
• coriander leaves
• Black pepper to taste
• ½ Cup boiled peas
• Garlic 1 TSP
• Fried onion ¼ Cup
• Red chilli paste 1 TSP
• cooked rice 2 cups
• Garam Masala 1TSP
Process
• Add 2 TBSP Ghee
• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Fry it
• Add Ginger grated ½ TSP
• Add 1 TSP green chilli paste
• Add diced boiled potatoes
• Add Salt to taste
• Add coriander leaves
• Add black pepper to taste
• Keep Stirring in whole process
• Heat the oil in a pan
• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Fry it
• Add ½ Cup boiled peas
• Add masala potato
• Add garlic 1 TSP
• Add fried onion
• Mix it nicely
• Add red chilli paste 1 TSP
• Add salt to taste
• Add cooked rice 2 cups
• Add Garam Masala 1TSP
• Add 1 TSP black Pepper
• Mix it nicely
