How To Apologize The Right Way

Learn how to apologize to someone you love and what to do when they don't want to accept your apology. Apologies can be liberating, but we have to learn how to apologize the right way because they don't always go smooth. The clearest way to say sorry is: "I'm sorry I hurt you." Sometimes our apologies come out as insincere, or we end up dropping some innocent excuse as an explanation. We need to learn to be genuine and change the behaviours that hurt the other person. Even then, they may not want to accept your apology. But what about when YOU reject an apology? Words are not enough from time to time, and we want to see real changes in the behavior. But when we don't accept someone's apology, we are rejecting that person. It's about forgiveness. Forgiveness is about us, releasing ourselves from someting that has a grip on us.
