Sylvestor Stallone has delighted audiences for decades, notably in his iconic Rambo franchise of films. Although there was a 20 year hiatus between Rambo 3 (in 1988) and John Rambo (in 2008), Stallone came back with a bang, not only starring in this classic action film but also directing it.
One of the most impressive feats was his the physique that he was able to obtain in this film in his 60s no less! In this video I'll break down his physique as well as the training and diet it took for him to achieve it.
