I’ll be discussing Sylvester Stallone’s
I’ll be discussing Sylvester Stallone’s amazing physique he built in Rocky 4 in this video. This video will be addressing his diet as well as the training he utilized in order to build his body in Rocky IV.
Some of the training was with Franco Columbu, which coincide with production wrapping up for Rambo First Blood Part 2. As Sylvester Stallone got closer to the Production of his next film, Rocky 4, he utilized the coaching talents of George Papasik, who owns and ran the Santa Monica Bodybuilding Center that Stallone worked out at.
Stallone along with Dolph Lundgren got into absolutely amazing shape with George Papasik’s help. Weightlifting and bodybuilding aside, the two men trained in boxing with legendary Richard Giachetti.
