Simply make the best Bolognese sauce yourself - My recipe for what is probably the best sauce for pasta. Everyone loves them.
Just let them cook long enough and the wonderful taste and typical color will come naturally.

Ingredients for 4 persons:
800g ground beef
2 onions
2 carrots
100g celery
100g leek
1 can of peeled tomatoes
1 large clove of garlic
rosemary
some white wine
some Milk
olive oil
