Direct needle puncture capsulorhexis by Dr Sudhalkar

Eye surgery of Cataract by Dr.Sudhalkar. Anterior Capsulotomy performed without viscoelastics. A direct needle puncture entry through peripheral cornea with 26g.  inch needle on 2cc syringe ensures an air tight entry and maintains anterior chamber depth.
