How to relieve wrist pain and better target the long head of the bicep. The problem with the straight bar is that it puts the hands in a supinated position which can allow for wrist extension and pain. If this is the case for you, consider using the EZ curl bar which puts your hands in a pronated position to eliminate wrist extension and pain. This will also allow you to better target the long head of the bicep, which makes up the majority of the biceps peak.
