This wine is so delicious and easy to make. It is a sweet wine, more like a dessert wine. U Chilledsually drink it after a meal. It will warm you

Method
Rinse and cook 1/2 kg glutenous rice. After rice is cooked put in a clean tray to warm down .
Crush the lime ball (apogl use half for half kg of glutenous rice . Sprinkle the crushed like ball into the warmed cooked glutenous rice .
Then transfer to a clean bowl cover with plastic wrap and put on the lid. Put  in a warm dark place .
After 4 days . You can enjoy the sweet rice wine like dessert. Or let it sit there for 1 to 2 weeks to enjoy the taste of strong wine.
