What happens when you never cut your toenails for years?

This is the most severe toenail disease Dr.Lloyd has dealt with in 40 years in his practice. Because we have a busy medical practice, we don't have the time or resources to make a longer video.This pathology was unexpected when the patient scheduled an appointment, so we just made the video on the fly. Just amazed by how long, thick and curved these toenails are. One of Dr.Lloyd's biggest challenges, but he was able to deliver comfort to this patient, and peace of mind to his family.
This patient has various health issues, lives alone, and was not paying attention to his toenail.
