What happens if you have fungal toenails that have not been trimmed?

For many reasons, sometimes diseased, fungal toenails have not been cut for several years. This may result in a severe ingrown toenail on the BOTTOM of the toe.  The elderly and other compromised people are at risk because their care may not be monitored.  Get help early!
