How to make Sheer pira
Ingredients

for the Sheer Pira:
2 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of powdered Milk
1/2 cup of chopped Almonds
1 tablespoon ground Cardamom
1/2 cup finely chopped Pistachios
1 tablespoon of Orange Blossom water  

Method:

Step 1
8-inch circle plate or another deep dish around the same size.
Step 2
In a saucepan add water, sugar, and orange blossom water stir until sugar dissolves and bring it to boil, turn down the heat to medium high, simmer until the syrup thickens. You will feel the syrup thicken as you stir the mixture around, it’ll take around 15 minutes to get to desired thickness.
Test by putting a small drop of the syrup on a plate, the syrup should be thick and it should glide very slowly on the plate.
Step 3
While the syrup is on the stove, chopped almond, and pistachio.
Once the syrup is ready, off the stove flame. Pour into the bowl with the other ingredients.
Stir until creamy and mixed well. Spray the plate with nonstick, oil, and sprinkle a pinch of powdered milk on it.
Pour the mixture into the plate, then sprinkle the pistachio on top. Let it cool in room temperature for 30 minutes or so. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Serve it with green tea.
