What is Form I-134A? Humanitarian Parole
Parole allows an individual who may be inadmissible or otherwise ineligible for admission into the United States to be in the United States for a temporary period for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.

Effective immediately, U.S.-based individuals may submit Form I-134A on behalf of named nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Ukraine, Venezuela and Nicaragua to come to the United States. We are also continuing the process with respect to Venezuelans. Access to these processes is free.
Step by step on how to file the form I-134A parole to bring someone to the US 2023
Humanitarian Parole process
What would the Beneficiary need?
*The beneficiary has to have a valid passport that is not expired.
*Has to have an email address such Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com
*Full address of where they live such outside the US
Example: Cubans, Haitians, Ukraine, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans
Sponsor to do list
*You must be a U.S. citizen, green card holder or legal in the US.
*You must be able to meet 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines income level for your household size.
*Create an online account
Get the Passport and the info from the beneficiary

*File the form I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support
Collect the Financial documents.
*Letter from your bank showing when the account was opened and how much money was deposited for the past year/one year.
*Employment statement recent Paystubs or paycheck from your job, Income tax return(transcript) can be requested from the IRS website, click on Get Transcript Online it’s faster. Just create an account with the IRS if you don’t have one. link here Get Transcript | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)
Lastly, submit the application after filling and then wait for immigration. Yay!!!! You did it!
