NEW I-134A QUESTION ADDED | Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti, U4U

There is a new question on the I-134A form which states: “A grant for parole is a discretionary determination granted on a case-by-case basis... Please explain why favorable exercise of discretion is merited for this individual.”

This is my understanding of how to answer the question. I do not have specific examples because I believe each answer should be unique and detailed to make the application stand out among others.
